Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility to manage leasing contracts on a daily basis
- Act as the key link in communication with our customers for enquiries on their orders.
- Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up with customers on equipment leasing and collection, contracts issues and invoicing.
- Work closely with other functions like Procurement, Finance, Sales and vendors to ensure smooth operations for Contract Administration.
- Maintain customer service and build good relationships with suppliers and customers to fulfil their requirements through prompt response to requests through email, phone, tele-conference.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or in relevant fields
- Related working experience in a similar position especially in supply chain operations processing and documentation flows
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
